1 container small curd cottage cheese
1 Apple or Pear, chopped
1/4 c slivered almonds
1/2 can or whole can of crushed pineapple in natural juice
combine all ingredients, adding pineapple in small batches so cottage cheese isn't too runny. Spread mixture on bread and cut into triangles.
Try serving on banana bread or zucchini bread.
