Mashed Potatoes

No lumps!

Potatoes

Butter

Milk 

Boil cubed potatoes

Drain ALL water

Using white blade on Kitchen Aide -

Put potatoes into bowl, add lots of butter. Beat on Speed 2 for 2-3 minutes, increase speed for a few minutes then add milk. Whip on fast speed for a few more minutes.
