Oven Fried Chicken

2 eggs, whipped

seasoned salt and seasoned pepper

1 tsp. Water

4-8 chicken breasts

Hungry Jack Potato Flakes (ONLY!)

1 stick butter

 

add season salt and pepper and teaspoon water to eggs. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat chicken with potato flakes.

Melt stick of butter into cookie sheet. Place chicken on cookie sheet, bake in oven at 425 degrees for about an hour, turning after 30 minutes.
