Oven Fried Potatoes

4-6 potatoes, cut into cubes

1 stick butter

melt butter in cookie sheet. Add potatoes. Oven fry potatoes at 375 degrees for 30 – 50 minutes, periodically turning.

Use slotted spoon or potatoes will be soggy.
