Strawberry Soup

2 pints strawberries

2 cups plain yogurt

1/2 c orange or tangerine juice

1/2 c white sugar

1/2 c water

 

In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until well blended. Chill and serve.

 

Optional:

use vanilla yogurt

decrease strawberries and add blueberries

 

I use non-fat yogurt and tangerine juice whenever available. It's an excellent dessert soup, perfect in the spring and summer.
