Two Corn Casserole

1 can cream style corn

1 can whole kernel corn, undrained

2 eggs

¼ tsp. Salt

dash pepper

½ cup corn muffin mix

1 can fried onions

1 cup sour cream

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

 

mix corns, eggs, salt, peppter and muffin mix.

Place in greased 2 quart casserole dish

Spead onions over the top

Spoon on sour cream, sprinkle cheddar cheese

 

Bake @ 400 degrees for 30 minutes
