frustrating 'cuz it's so ornate - especially if it was 'just a drinking fountain'. I found nada, zilch, zed, zero. You 'd think there'd be some information on it somewhere!
Me being me...I obsessively searched the internet for any morsel of
information...and to come up empty handed was defeating. Sigh. I suppose it is
'just a drinking fountain'. I'm unsatisfied with that answer though.
