Kauai - Sept. 27th, South Shore
On Wednesday, after lunch at the Brick Oven Pizza, we
headed to Waimea Canyon for several
hours. Afterwards, we headed into Poipu to check out the Spouting Horn before
our dinner reservations at Tidepools in the Hyatt Regency. When Jimmy and I came
in 2001, this was our favorite fancy restaurant, so we wanted to share it with
